About this clip

A 10R coin rotates slowly on a silver plate in this intimate home movie clip from 2014. The close-up shot captures the reflective surface of the coin and the metallic sheen of the plate, creating a quiet, contemplative moment. The footage has a soft, analog quality with subtle grain and natural lighting. The simple composition evokes a sense of stillness and focus, ideal for abstract or symbolic storytelling. This short, cinematic moment is perfect for modern B-roll, emotional intros, or visual metaphors about value, time, and reflection.

Clip Intelligence

Production use
A macro insert for documentary, brand film, finance explainer, agency mood reel, or social cut needing a simple 10R coin rotation as a visual metaphor for value, money, time, or decision making.
Edit role
Use it as a short insert, transition beat, or closing detail between dialogue lines, with the six-second runtime giving enough rotation to show both the coin edge and face.
Visual details
A silver 10R coin stands upright on a reflective silver plate against a warm pale background, shifting from edge-on views to front and back faces, with soft light, shallow focus, and no visible people.
Shot mechanics
The camera is set low at plate level in a close macro composition, holding the coin near the foreground while the shallow background stays plain and out of focus.
