Clip Intelligence

Production use
This 4K aerial view fits travel edits, documentary context, agency mood reels, and brand films needing San Jose del Cabo residential development, golf course greenery, and mountain backdrop in one wide frame.
Edit role
Use it as a brief opener, location cutaway, or transition beat before closer ground-level scenes, with enough runtime to establish the golf course, neighborhood, and surrounding mountains without crowds.
Visual details
The frames show a green golf course in the foreground, red-roof residential buildings and palm-lined streets in the midground, low mountains on the horizon, strong daylight, clear blue sky, and no visible people.
Shot mechanics
The view is consistent with aerial drone capture, composed as a high wide landscape with course greens in the lower frame, neighborhood development through the center, and mountains and sky filling the background.
