About this clip

An aerial view shows a construction site with dirt ground and vehicles, surrounded by residential buildings with red roofs. A road with moving cars runs along the bottom, and a green field is in the background. The camera moves, causing the white tent structure to exit the frame and shifting the view of the surrounding area.
