Clip Intelligence

Production use
Useful for travel edits, documentary sequences, agency mood reels, brand films, or social cuts needing a 2021 aerial view of residential San Jose Del Cabo with pools, palms, tiled roofs, and a road edge.
Edit role
The 7 second clip works as a brief opener, transition, or neighborhood cutaway between wider Baja California Sur city views and closer residential or lifestyle details.
Visual details
The frames show red-tiled roofs, cream and white houses, a blue swimming pool, palm trees, green yards, a white fence, sandy roadside ground, strong sun, dark tree shadows, and no visible people.
Shot mechanics
The high overhead composition supports the DJI drone aerial hint, with homes and pool filling the foreground and midground while a road, parked or moving car, solar panels, and neighboring roofs sit near the top edge.
