Clip Intelligence

Production use
Useful for travel edits, documentary segments, agency mood reels, brand films, or social cuts needing a modern aerial view of residential San Jose del Cabo with houses, palms, a pool, and light street traffic.
Edit role
Works as a short aerial cutaway or transition beat between wider city views and closer neighborhood details, with enough runtime to register the homes, pool, parked blue car, and passing white car.
Visual details
Top-down daylight frames show red-tile and flat-roof homes, palm trees, a small blue swimming pool, a street at the top edge, a parked blue car, and a white car moving along the road with no visible people.
Shot mechanics
The frames support a DJI-style drone aerial looking steeply down over adjacent houses, with the street in the background, roofs and courtyards in the midground, and palms and pool filling the lower frame.
