Edit role
Use this seven-second overhead as a concise opener, cutaway, transition, or location insert between wider San Jose del Cabo neighborhood views and closer residential lifestyle details.

The frames show a red-roofed house, bright blue rectangular pool, palm trees, dense garden greenery, sandy ground, patio furniture, a strip of lawn, and a solar panel visible early, with no visible people.
Shot mechanics
Top-down DJI-style drone composition holds the property vertically in frame while the clip facts describe a leftward move that shifts the solar panel out of view and brings more sandy greenery into the composition.
