Production use
Use this 4K aerial residential view for travel edits, documentary context, agency mood reels, brand films, or social cuts about San Jose Del Cabo housing, solar rooftops, and urban greenery.
Edit role
The seven-second clip works as a short cutaway, neighborhood insert, or transition beat between wider San Jose Del Cabo views and closer street or home details.
Visual details
The frames show an overhead view of red-tiled roofs, white and ochre houses, rooftop solar panels, a pale street, dense green trees, palm fronds, blue pool water, bright sun, hard shadows, and no visible people.
Shot mechanics
The composition reads as a DJI drone overhead with a mostly fixed top-down angle, using the road along the lower edge, roofs through the center, trees and pools around the upper edges, and palm movement as the visible action.
