Production use
Useful for travel edits, documentary location context, real estate energy stories, agency mood reels, and social cuts needing a 2021 aerial view of a residential property in San Jose del Cabo with a pool and solar panels.
Edit role
The short overhead clip works as a cutaway, transition, or property-detail insert between wider San Jose del Cabo neighborhood views and closer residential lifestyle or maintenance moments.
Visual details
A red-roofed house fills the center, blue solar panels sit on the left roof area, a bright blue covered pool sits to the right, palm trees and dense greenery surround the property, and a small person in a red shirt is visible near the pool area.
Shot mechanics
The frames support a high, top-down DJI drone composition with the house, pool, driveway, and garden arranged as flat graphic blocks, with no clear camera move evident from the contact sheet alone.
