About this clip

An aerial view of a residential neighborhood with white houses and palm trees. A car moves along the street while another car moves in and out of a driveway. The roof of one house appears to be changing color, possibly due to construction or repair work.

Clip Intelligence

Production use
Fits travel edits, documentary context, agency mood reels, brand films, and social cuts needing a 2021 aerial view of residential La Playita Los Cabos with homes, palms, sandy lots, and local street movement.
Edit role
Works as a short opener, neighborhood cutaway, transition, or location texture beat between road footage and closer street-level material in a Los Cabos sequence.
Visual details
Aerial frames show white and pastel houses, walled yards, palm trees, sandy undeveloped lots, a small swimming pool, parked and moving cars, and roof work color changes, with no visible people.
Shot mechanics
The clip appears to be DJI drone aerial footage from a high oblique angle, holding a wide composition over rooftops, streets, yards, vegetation, and a pool rather than close subject detail.
