Production use
Useful for travel edits, documentary context, real estate coverage, agency mood reels, or brand films needing an aerial view of golf-side residential development in San Jose Del Cabo.
Edit role
Works as a short cutaway or transition beat between resort, housing, and coastal city material, with enough detail for a location insert rather than a long establishing sequence.
Visual details
The frames show green fairways, tan cart paths and sandy rough, white and blue residential buildings with red roofs, a bright pool, palm trees, parked cars, and small distant moving figures or carts.
Shot mechanics
The clip is an elevated drone view looking down across the course, with buildings in the left foreground, fairway and cart path through the center, and denser urban development in the background.
