Clip Intelligence

Production use
Useful for travel edits, documentary geography, real estate context, agency mood reels, and brand films needing San Jose del Cabo golf community visuals with residential buildings, roads, pools, and active golfers.
Edit role
The short aerial works as a cutaway or transition beat between resort-area street, housing, and leisure scenes, with enough movement from the car and golfers to keep a six-second sequence alive.
Visual details
Bright overhead frames show a green golf fairway, sand trap, cart path, nearby white and red-roof residential buildings, private pools, roadside traffic, trees, and small visible golfers on the green.
Shot mechanics
The composition is a high DJI-style drone aerial looking down at the course, with fairway in the center, homes and pools along the right edge, a road at upper right, and no horizon visible.
